Our company specializes in the development and production of non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment and the development of modern technologies for the diagnosis of various materials using classic inspection solutions and multifunctional robotic complexes.

A special pride of the company is a specialized line of equipment on phased arrays for rail tracks of transport and municipal purposes. Our robotic installations are indispensable for the control of composite materials of complex configuration and large sizes used in the aerospace industry.

Has own training center, a laboratory for the verification and calibration of measuring instruments and a laboratory for technical diagnostics for the provision of services.

Technovotum offers a wide range of transducers for various testing methods: ultrasonic, EMA, eddy current, specialized railway, immersion, phased array transducers. It is possible to manufacture customised transducers.

Robotic systems

ROBOSCOP VTM 5000 robotic systems are designed for in-line and serial complex non-destructive testing of rails, wheelsets, wheel set axles , foundry products, etc. A flexible system of settings allows you to form any inspection sequence, both with the use of mandatory NDT methods and additional (confirming) ones, i.e. to manage selective testing of individual zones.

Railway industry

Testing of wheel sets, wheel set axles, railway car bogies, rails, rails at railway crossings (head, web to base transition and base flange).

Oil and gas industry

Measurement of geometric dimensions and structuroscopy of products made of cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals. Testing of anlge weld joints with the use of ultrasonic phased arrays (PA) and optical measuring chambers (OMC). TOMOGRAPHIC 5M

Depending on activated application, multi-functional flaw detector Tomoghraphic UD4-ТМ implements functions of instruments of various destination like ultrasonic flaw detector, eddy-current flaw detector, resonance flaw detector, electromagnetic acoustic flaw detector, thickness meter, structurescope, tensometer, videoscope, etc.

USK-5ТМ

A multichannel scanning device USK-5T, USK-5TM is intended for ultrasonic control of all-rolled wheels of freight and passenger cars. It is used in conjunction with the Tomographic 5M and other standard flaw detectors for mechanization of probe positioning on the wheel, defective areas coordinate determination and tomographic imaging for all testing zones.

USO-1ТМ

The scanning devices USO-1ТМ and USO-1ТМ (RV2SH) are used together with the TOMOGRAPHIC 5M flaw detector and other standard flaw detectors for ultrasonic testing of the axes of freight and passenger wagons wheel sets.

KALMAR™ 32+

PRD (single-rail) phased array flaw detector KALMAR is intended for acceptance and periodic ultrasonic inspection of joints both electric contact and aluminothermic welding of rails (P50, P65, P75). Stationary version for use in the conditions of the railway welding enterprises.

ROBOSKOP VTM-5000/KP

ROBOSKOP VTM-5000 / KP Is applied for complex non-destructive testing of railway rolling stock (trams, subway cars, freight and passenger cars, motor-rolling stock) wheelsets, being used for the railway gauge 1520 (1524) mm.

TOMOGRAPHIC UD4-TM (2.69)

The ТОМОGRAPHIC UD4-TM (2.69) is a single-line ultrasonic flaw detector designed to search, record and interpret signals from flaws in the rail base.

СHAMELEON 32+ (16/64)

PRD (single rail) ultrasonic phased array flaw detector for secondary inspection of individual rail sections (R50, R65, R75). It is focused on detection of defects such as discontinuities, delaminations, cracks and corrosion.

ROBOSCOP VTM-5000/RSP

The robotic complex ROBOSCOP VTM-5000/RSP is designed for nondestructive testing of welded rail joints in the technological flow of rail welding companies.

ROBOSCOP VTM-5000/AS

The robotic measuring system ROBOSCOP VTM-5000/AS is applied for complex NDT of shock-traction parts of railway wagons at equipment maintainance and capital repairs.
